Currently writing this just over two weeks post procedure, this is my first time doing anything like this in terms of a procedure and it was overwhelming positive.
Things that stood out to me was the attention to details with planning and follow up care. I feel very supported through the process, especially during healing.

And of course I’m still very early in my healing, but I am stoked on my results so far so I can’t wait to see how it develops.

Già dai primi contatti che ho avuto con lo staff, sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dalla disponibilità, serietà e competenza, e soprattutto della velocità e puntualità nelle risposte a tutte le domande che ho posto. Posso assicurare che ero un po' preoccupato nel sottopormi ad un trapianto di capelli all'estero, ma questo timore è andato mano a mano scomparendo abbastanza velocemente, grazie alla tranquillità che il team della clinica ha saputo trasmettermi.

In 7 ore è stato eseguito il trapianto, partendo dal disbrigo del questionario pre-trapianto, il colloquio e la visita con il chirurgo, e via via l'espianto dei bulbi ed il conseguente trapianto (4.500 FUE).
Ero costantemente messo a mio agio con un'attenzione estrema alla mia tranquillità ed al mio benessere, e di questo ringrazio tutto il team.
Alla fine del procedimento mi è stato offerto il pranzo in clinica, e dopo un controllo per accertarsi che tutto fosse perfetto e l'acquisto di prodotti specifici post-trapianto (facoltativi), sono stato riaccompagnato in hotel.
Il giorno seguente (domenica) l'autista mi ha riaccompagnato in clinica per il primo lavaggio eseguito dal team ESTENOVE, operazione semplice e veloce, durata circa 45 minuti. Very informative and transparent sales started work Kate. She was professional an courteous and patient all the way until I decided to go ahead with the selected transplant. Then when I arrived, I received VIP treatment from other members of the team (Yasmeen, Begum, and Dr. Erim.) I was very comfortable all the way. The after-team followed my progress every few days to make sure everything was ok. They asked for pictures to verify all was going well. I am in my 3rd week after the procedure so nor results yet but all seems to be going well. The team answers any questions I have so support is excellent.
