It closed the week the way it had started, with the group experiencing the city itself rather than only the clinic, and it gave the series a final set of scenes that had nothing to do with hairlines and everything to do with why people enjoy coming to Istanbul.

David Williams' return gave Season 2 something most hair transplant content cannot offer: a patient at the 12-month mark, on camera, next to patients on day one.
