Yücel İskender

Dr. Yücel İskender is a medical doctor and healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience across clinical medicine, surgery, pharmaceuticals, business development, and healthcare management. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1986 and completed his General Surgery training at Şişli Etfal Research and Training Hospital. During the early stages of his career, he served as Head of the Emergency Unit at Karabük State Hospital and worked as a Medical Auditing Officer in the Turkish Air Force. He later transitioned into healthcare management, taking on senior leadership roles at Sanofi and Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals, where he contributed to sales optimization, market access, and operational development. He subsequently led business development and strategic partnerships at Genveon Pharmaceuticals and served as Chairman of EPQ Life and CSO Partner of AlchemLife Turkey. Today, as Chief Medical Director at Nove Group, Dr. İskender oversees clinical quality, medical standards, and strategic growth, combining his extensive clinical background with executive leadership to support excellence and innovation in hair restoration and medical tourism.
