Our objective is that all patients receive the best possible experience. If you find yourself unable to make it to your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you at another suitable time.

Please take note of our cancellation policy:

The deposit is non-refundable.
Up to 24 hours before the scheduled operation, 100% of the balance (excluding the deposit) is refundable or can be applied to a change of date.
Within the final 24 hours, 50% of the balance (excluding the deposit) is refundable, but changes of date are not permitted.
Complimentary change of date of appointment is limited to one occurrence.
