I’m now one month after the procedure and everything is going well so far. The operation went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The follow-up during the first 12 days was excellent, and the transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic were very convenient and well organized. Now I’m just waiting to see the final results!

Only two things to mention for improvement of Este Nova , on package of the operation the cost of needed medicine for one was not mentioned which was 1000 euros and got me by surprise after the operation. And I was not told or informed that the first 5 minutes of the operation will be very painful unbearable pain, 😢 if I knew I would chooses hibernating method for the operation.
The results are great my hair looks 80 percent recovered , full and thick 🙌✌️👍💪

I’m 9 months out from my procedure and the results are unbelievable. The team at EsteNove has followed me through the process and are always accessible to answer questions. Everything about the experience was well organized, explained and executed. I had 2450 grafts to improve my hairline and density. Very minimal swelling and little post up discomfort. Yes, around month 2-3 you get shock loss and the little hairs falls out. But once your hair starts regrowing around month 4 you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

I can recommend EsteNove without reservation. Everything about this experience has been positive. Communication with the team has been clear and they have always been quick to respond. Transportation to and from the airport and while in town was on time and convenient. The care team has been outstanding both during the procedure and during the follow-up period.
From start to finish I have had an excellent experience going through the hair transplant process. The service I received from the team at EsteNove before, during, and now 9 months after the transplant, has been stellar. Booking the transplant in the first place was straightforward and easy, I had good communication with consultants right up to date of travel. When traveling to Istanbul, I was able to go with a friend who was also getting the procedure done, but found I did not really need this support as we were given a private hire taxi direct to the hotel we were staying prior to the procedure. Throughout the stay for all the trips from hotel to hospital and back, we were given private taxis so there were never any issues with travel. Once at the hospital the procedure was explained again thoroughly. I personally got maximum grafts and stem cell treatment as well so the surgery did take about 5-6 hours, but I was offered frequent breaks throughout the process. After treatment there was some swelling of my face due to the local anaesthetic and I would recommend taking the day afterwards at the hotel for recovery if you can, and at least a few days off work after the procedure to let the swelling go down (I did not do this and wish I had).
There are hair care products strongly recommended by EsteNove to use after the treatment and I have used these exclusively for the last 9 months. I have also been using minoxidil on my hair. I saw fairly quick results with the new hair follicles noticeably growing between the 3 and 6 month period. I have found my hair has consistently thickened as it's grown and I'm really pleased with the density I now have in the front considering there was no hair in most of the front area of my head before.
For me getting this treatment has already had a very positive impact on my life, my hair is not something I feel super conscious of any more. I would definitely recommend getting the procedure with EsteNove to anyone feeling conscious about their hair. The entire team was helpful and responsive from the very beginning. They did a great job of taking care of all services from transportation to the hotel to the procedure itself and they were very kind throughout the process. EsteNove followed up well after the transplant to ensure I was comfortable and following the correct post-treatment care plan. I would recommend them again and again!

From the moment this process began months before I even left for Turkey. The communication and information was beyond compare! Flights hotel, transportation. We’re all planned out perfectly. The communication and videos, navigating yourself through the airport to your ride then to your hotel and then on surgery day to the clinic. Once there on the day of surgery, the staff was amazing , kind comforting, professionals and the medical background was stellar. It has been five months now and communication still continues. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the hair so far, even at five months is amazing.
