Good place…not five stars but pretty good…communication w/ doc is limited (language barrier)…girls laughing and joking around at front counter turned into my operation nurses! …post op food was cold/bad in a box and in an employee break room…night after surgery bandage came 1/2 off due to poor tape job…post op meet with doc was IN THE LOBBY!!?…post communication/at home good…too soon for results review but things are happening as they say.
I’m now one month after the procedure and everything is going well so far. The operation went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The follow-up during the first 12 days was excellent, and the transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic were very convenient and well organized. Now I’m just waiting to see the final results!

The whole experience was amazing from the moment I landed in Istanbul. The staff is great and truly cares for the patients. The surgery itself is fairly painless and smooth, just time-consuming. The staff cares for you beyond the day of the surgery and they are always available to respond to any questions.

From travel arrangements and accommodation to the overall care, the service was 5 star. I would wholeheartedly recommend Estenove without hesitation. Their aftercare service has also been exceptional as well. Definitely an A+ experience!

Estenove - 6 Month Review
I'm past the 6-month mark now, and I'm really happy with my hair. The results are looking great, natural, and the growth came in nicely. And now it is safe to say that choosing Estenove was one of the best decisions I've made.
I also got the chance to visit the clinic in person while I was traveling in Istanbul recently. It was super nice to talk with the doctors, show them my results, and hear that everything is healing just right.
From my first message before booking, to the airport rides, the surgery day, and all the check-ins over the last six months, the team has been awesome. The post-op team provided crystal-clear instructions for everything, and the aftercare and follow-up support have truly been top-tier. They always answer my questions and really care about how you're doing long after the procedure is done.
Totally recommend them if you're thinking about getting it done!

When I was looking for a place to get my hair transplant done I stumbled upon Estenove on Instagram and was hearing lots of good things about the procedure. And from my experience, it was all true. From the start when they pick you up from the airport to the end of your visit in Turkey all the way through your recovery at home they are very attentive and truly show that they care about your results. J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accompagnement proposé par Estenove. Pour moi, ce n’était pas une intervention banale. Le fait de partir me faire opérer dans un autre pays, avec des normes sanitaires et d’hygiène potentiellement différentes de celles de la France, dans une clinique que je ne connaissais pas, m’a forcément donné un peu le trac.
Finalement, j’ai été très agréablement surpris. La clinique était extrêmement propre, moderne et, je dirais même, classe. Elle m’a fait une meilleure impression que beaucoup d’hôpitaux que j’ai pu voir en France.
Le suivi des patients est également incomparable avec ce que j’ai connu en France. À la moindre question, j’ai toujours obtenu une réponse très rapidement, généralement en moins d’une heure, et c’est vraiment rassurant, notamment après l’intervention.
