She was incredibly helpful, walking me through each step of the process and facilitating my discussions with the physician, who was also hands-on during the procedure. The two surgical technicians who took care of their parts were top-notch—very skilled and experienced! Having my translator and assistant with me during the procedure made communication so smooth.
What really stood out to me was the fantastic post-operative support I received. I had an hour-long chat with Naz about what to do and what to avoid after surgery, as well as detailed product recommendations. The very next day, I had an appointment set up to wash the surgical site, and another lovely assistant and translator, Melissa, was ready to greet me at the entrance. Après presque 8 ans de réflexion et de comparaison entre différentes cliniques, j’ai finalement décidé de franchir le pas avec Estenove, notamment grâce à un ami qui y avait déjà réalisé sa greffe. Et je peux dire aujourd’hui que je suis vraiment satisfait de mon choix.
Dès le début, j’ai apprécié le sérieux, la réactivité et surtout le côté humain de l’accompagnement.
Un grand merci à Morris, Sales Manager, qui a été professionnel, disponible et vraiment à l’écoute. On sent que ce n’est pas simplement une relation commerciale : il cherche réellement à comprendre la personne, ses attentes et ses interrogations, et ça se ressent naturellement.
Même chose sur place avec le Dr Zafer (Dr Z) : souriant, empathique, rassurant et très professionnel. Toute l’équipe de transplantation a été à son image.
Mention spéciale aussi à Yasmine, mon interprète, très agréable et sympathique. Au-delà de son rôle, j’ai beaucoup apprécié nos discussions et le côté humain de nos échanges. Ça aide forcément à se sentir à l’aise dans ce genre de moment.
L’organisation est également très bien rodée : transfert aéroport, hôtel, déplacements, clinique, intervention, lavage le lendemain… Tout s’est déroulé de manière fluide et réactive.
Autre gros point positif : le groupe WhatsApp d’assistance disponible 24h/24, avec toutes les personnes dédiées au suivi. On peut poser nos questions avant, pendant et après l’opération et avoir rapidement une réponse. Quand on part à l’étranger pour une intervention comme celle-ci, c’est vraiment rassurant.
Je suis aujourd’hui à un peu plus de 15 jours de mon opération et le suivi post-opératoire reste sérieux et régulier. Pour le moment, tout se passe très bien.
Étant moi-même dans le marketing et la communication, j’ai aussi été agréablement surpris par la cohérence entre l’image d’Estenove et ce que j’ai réellement vécu sur place. J’avais notamment apprécié leur campagne Bald Stool sur YouTube, qui permet de parler de la greffe capillaire avec pédagogie et une touche d’humour.
Le marketing, c’est une chose, mais encore faut-il que la réalité suive derrière. Et c’est justement ce que j’ai retrouvé chez Estenove.
On sent une entreprise qui grandit, se structure et se professionnalise, tout en gardant une vraie dimension humaine.
J’ai mis presque 8 ans à prendre cette décision, en comparant énormément de cliniques, leurs résultats, leurs réseaux sociaux et les expériences de mon entourage. Je suis plutôt exigeant sur ce genre de choix et, au final, c’est Estenove qui a gagné ma confiance.

Pour ceux qui hésitent encore : prenez le temps de vous renseigner et de comparer. De mon côté, je suis très satisfait d’avoir choisi Estenove et je les recommande à ceux qui souhaitent franchir le cap.
J’ai aussi découvert une immense et magnifique ville à Istanbul prenez le temps de vous balader pour décompresser dans cette cité surprenante.
Ps : allez y avec quelqu’un de proche pour vous accompagner ce sera beaucoup plus simple pour vous

Responses were prompt, details were clearly provided, didn't hesitate to provide anything additional required and made sure I was comfortable with all the details throughout the conversation. I went to EsteNove in February 2026. I flew from Manchester and arrive at the IST Airport. After a very short wait, I was picked up by the drivers and taken to my Hotel to relax for the rest of the evening. I was then Whatsapped with the details of what time I would be picked up next morning etc. I was picked up the following morning the time they said they would be and was taken to the clinic to undergo the procedure. The procedure was painless, and everyone made sure you were comfortable throughout. I returned the next day for my check up and then flew home. The experience was great, nothing was hard whatsoever (didnt have to worry about where I needed to go etc), they planned it all perfectly. Thank You EsteNove and the team. It is also great to see that they have an aftercare team to follow your progress and answer any questions. Hopefully i'll be back at some point in 2027 :).
