How you decided to get it done, and how it affected your life?
When I was young, I used to play with my hair to hide that part. I remember being 24, my car’s sunroof was open, and I saw the top of my scalp. I thought, “No, I’m not going bald like my father.” I started changing my haircut to make it look fuller. At 31 — now I’m 35 — I noticed after swimming that my scalp was visible. I thought maybe I’d do a transplant one day. My stepfather did one in Quebec 20 years ago — it looked unnatural. My brother-in-law did one in Montreal four years ago — it cost $20,000! How was your overall experience with the hair transplant procedure ?
